Steve Jones
Steve Jones is a Graphic Designer who teaches graphic design classes at San Francisco State University. He specializes in typography but is skilled in all areas of graphic design. His familiarity and experience with graphic design makes him helpful in giving feedback and critiques.
Albert Angelo
Albert Angelo is a Health Educator who works at the Student Health Center in San Francisco State University. As a Health Educator, he is familiar with the Student Health Center and the students who utilize it. His various roles include counseling, presenting to health education classes on campus, and holding health workshops at the Student Health Center.
Briza York
Briza York is the president of a student organization called the Student Health Advisory Committee at San Francisco State University. The student organization is interested in health issues on campus and their main goal is to serve as the link between students and the Student Health Center. They promote the Student Health Center and health education. Briza is familiar with the organization and understands outreach to students.

Problem Statement:
Students attending San Francisco State University are underutilizing the resources available at the Student Health Center.

About Me
Hi, my name is Karen Chan. My emphasis in Design and Industry is Visual Communication Design. Some of my interests outside design include art, cooking, music, and photography.
What inspires or wows me are individuals who truly have a passion or even several passions in life whether it be related to their work or not; as long as something they do is meaningful to them.
One of my influences is a good friend from high school because she always strives very hard to achieve what she wants and never wants to give up no matter how difficult things get. I am working on myself to not give up as easily in difficult situations.
In my lifetime, I would really like to be a well rounded individual because I think being too focused in one area will do a person no good in the long run. Life is too short to focus all your energy into one thing so I am slowly learning to try new things all the time. Also, professionally, I would like to work for a company that is in it for a good cause. If money were no issue, I would not mind working for nonprofit organizations because graphic design is a powerful tool for them to get their message across the masses.
Here is an image that may represent me. I enjoy macro photography of natural yet hidden things such as this. Also, I like the color pink. This photograph is from an artist I like.
